Recently, a set of drilling cutting waste management system of Brightway has been officially put into application and commissioning work with other supporting equipment at an oilfield site in North China. The drilling cutting waste management system is composed of drying shaker, vertical cuttings dryer, decanter centrifuge, screw pump, screw conveyor and other equipment.

The North China Oilfield is mainly concentrated in three major exploration areas, including Central Hebei, Central Inner Mongolia, and Southern Hebei—Southern North China. The two major oil and gas production bases in Central Hebei and Inner Mongolia have a total of 53 oil and gas fields and more than 3,000 kilometers of oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines. The annual crude oil production capacity is more than 4.5 million tons, and the natural gas production capacity is more than 600 million cubic meters. With the continuous exploration of oil fields, the environmental protection problems of oil fields have received great attention, and the waste drilling mud and waste cuttings generated by oil field projects need to be resolved.
