The oily sludge treatment system was designed and produced by Brightway at the beginning of this year according to the customer's site conditions. The oily sludge treatment system is composed of oil scraper equipment, cuttings dryer, mud cleaner,mud mixer and separation tank. The capacity of oily sludge treatment system is 120 cubic meters/h. The system adopts a stepwise separation method to separate the oil sludge step by step to meet the standard of recovery or discharge. In addition, the oily sludge treatment system has been designed and configured to withstand low temperature and to better meet customer requirements.

At present, this set of oily sludge treatment system has been assembled and commissioned on site. It is expected to be put into production at the beginning of this month.
