Recently, Brightway Energy advances its overseas export order schedule. The first batch of four 30m³ vertical Barite Bulk Silos has finished precision fabrication, assembly and factory inspection. Ready for dispatch, the silos will be shipped to Saudi Arabia to support local high-end oil & gas drilling and cementing projects.

Brightway Energy’s 30m³ vertical Barite Bulk Silo is optimized for Saudi oilfield desert conditions. Constructed from high-strength steel with precise welding, the silo features stable structure, strong pressure resistance and reliable sealing. It offers smooth discharging, low residue, accurate metering and easy maintenance, adapting well to high temperatures, heavy sandstorms, wide temperature swings and long continuous operation in Middle Eastern deserts.

Manufactured in line with premium Middle East oilfield specifications and export quality standards, these Barite Bulk Silos undergo strict control over precision welding, NDT, pressure testing, multi-layer anti-corrosion coating and component assembly. All units pass tightness tests, high-pressure checks and full-machine linkage tests to prevent powder leakage, blockages, sand erosion and aging in desert sites. They can sustain long-term full-load stable operation and satisfy strict field cementing requirements.

This phased order constitutes an important supporting project for the Saudi oilfield. Delivery of the first batch promotes bilateral cooperation and builds a foundation for long-term strategic collaboration. Production and shipment of the second batch will proceed steadily to upgrade the project’s cementing system and boost local operational efficiency, standardization and intelligent equipment configuration.
